Our remodeling business started 30 years ago!
New housing was very slow because interest rates were in the high double digits and as a result additions and home improvements were the only affordable option.
We have learned and experienced many changes throughout that 30 year time frame, but the important qualities of proper planning, timing, and care for the customer has not changed at all.
Your proposed project, large or small, will start with a free consultation at a time of day which is convenient to you. Ideas, designs, structural needs and other important items are discussed. A preliminary price can sometimes be quoted. If not, then a time is determined when to meet again and go thru all the details. For larger projects (per request) drawings are provided and generally included in the cost estimate of the job.
The respect for people and their everyday routine while renovating their kitchen, bath, family room, lower level, or addition is one of our highest priorities. Providing all the necessary protection of "non-construciton" areas is most important. Following each project completion we will use a professional cleaning company to ensure a clean site and the most rewarding results.
